Metamorphosis… Imaginal Cells!

I could hardly wait to share today. The transformation that is coming is amazing. I have been wondering what happens inside the chrysalis and now I know. Much of the body breaks itself down into imaginal cells, which are undifferentiated — they can become any type of cell. “IMAGINAL CELLS!!” The imaginal cells put themselves back together into a new shape. Metamorphosing! As you read you must remember that this isn’t about Caterpillars and Butterflies, it’s about me, and a practicle application of the word. This is attending to what God has revealed to me as part of my repositioning.

Imaginal cells resonate at a different frequency (i like that). They are so totally different from the caterpillar cells that his immune system thinks they are enemies…and eats them. But these new imaginal cells continue to appear.

More and more of them! Pretty soon, the caterpillar’s immune system cannot destroy them fast enough. More and more of the imaginal cells survive. And then an amazing thing happens! The little tiny lonely imaginal cells start to clump together, into friendly little groups.

This is my perfect definition for a friend. we start to clump together with other imaginal cells. That’s important. Imaginal cells do not coexist with Caterpillar cells. In a sense the Caterpillar surrenders itself to these imaginal cells

They all resonate together at the same frequency, passing information from one to another. Then, after a while, another amazing thing happens! The groups of imaginal cells start to come together! A long string of groups of imaginal cells, all resonating at the same frequency, all passing information from one to another there inside the chrysalis.”

At some point, the entire long string of imaginal cells suddenly realizes all together that it is Something Different from the caterpillar. Something New! Something Wonderful!….and in that realization is the birth of the butterfly!”

At some point, the entire string/community of believers suddenly realize that we are something different from the neither hot or cold believers. Something new! Something Wonderful!… and in that realization is the birth of a disciple, a true follower of Christ!

The butterfly “knows” that it is a butterfly, the little tiny imaginal cells no longer have to do all those things individual cells must do. Now they are part of a multi-celled organism– A community, a body, who can share the work.

Romans 12:10    Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Honor one another above yourselves.

Ephesians 4:32    Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.

Romans 15:5    May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you a spirit of unity among yourselves as you follow Christ Jesus,

Each new butterfly cell takes on a different job. There is something for everyone to do. Everyone is important. Each cell begins to do just that very thing it is most drawn to do. And every other cell encourages it to do just that.

1 Thessalonians 5:11 Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.
